Latest Updates

Haven’t heard of the CARMHA project? CARMHA is a peer-led community based research project on the relationship between cannabis and mental health for at-risk populations. This includes those highly marginalized and stigmatized i.e. people experiencing houselessness, poverty, people using substances, and those with identities who cross over some or all of these. It’s a collaboration between AAWEAR and Habitus Collective, with the support of the University of Calgary, and funded by the Mental Health Commission of Canada

Sharing information about this project with organizations, community members, and people with lived experience is a key component of this project so we endeavour to keep this page as up to date as possible to give you all the latest information.
