CEOs acknowledge that employee mental health and wellbeing is a priority

1-minute read

The latest instalment of the Fortune/Deloitte CEO Survey[1] emphasises the issues that CEOs say their firms faced in 2020 and what challenges they envisage in 2021.

A key finding in this latest set of responses[2] was that there was almost total agreement – 98% of CEOs – that employee mental health and wellbeing will continue to be a priority and will remain the case, even after the pandemic subsides.
